There is welcome news for libertarians that Biden administration started identifying underrepresented judges, in order to add some diversity to the federal bench where an imbalance between judges on behalf of the government and others battling the government existed. Libertarians calling for substantive diversity in court hope Biden, a hardliner during his long career, could nominate more judges whose experience contains challenging the government in court.
