I know several people who are quite skeptical about these experiences

答：
The best way that you can assist others in their awakening
你能协助其他人觉醒的最好方法
is by recognizing that they do not need to awaken
就是认识到他们不需要觉醒
Love them unconditionally
无条件地爱他们
Accepted them as they are
接受他们所是
And focus the majority of your attention on your own experience
把你的精力集中在你自己的经历上
You see
你看
Your energetic state of being is affecting all those around you
你的能量存在状态影响着你周围的一切
Whether you are aware of it or not
无论你意识到或者没有
You may be able to relate to this
你可能会有这样的感觉
If you go into a room of people having an argument
如果你走进一个房间 人们都在吵架
And you feel the energy doesn't feel good
你会感觉到那里的能量不太好
You want to get out of there
你会想要离开那里
if you go into a room where people or are happy and enjoying and having fun
如果你走进一个房间 那里的人们是快乐的 很享受 而且玩儿得很开心
it feels nice
那会感觉很好
you want to stay in there
你会想待在那里
You're feeling the energy that they are a emitting
你时刻能感受到人们散发出来的能量
And you're all emitting energy and frequency in this way
而且你们所有人都以这种方式散发出能量和频率
and it affects those around you
并且这会影响你周围(的一切)
So if you are an awakened being
所以如果你是一个觉醒的存在
And you're in a room full of beings who have very low level of awareness
你在一个房间里 那里的人还不够觉醒
You're like a beacon of light and you're in emitting a frequency
你就是一个灯塔一样 你散发出频率
which affects the cells in their system
影响着他们身体系统里的每个细胞
So by saying nothing
所以 就算什么都没说
By doing nothing
什么都没做
Simply by being
仅仅是存在
You are affecting them
你就在影响着他们
The idea that others must awaken
别人必须觉醒的这种思想
Is an idea which comes from the mind
是来自头脑的想法
As you come more into your own path of truth
当你更多地关注你自己的真相之路
And follow what is true for you
并且跟随对你来说真实的东西
You will ….experience more joy in your life
你将...在你的生命中经历更多的喜悦
Because you will be more aligned
因为你将与真我更加对齐
And as you experience more joy in your life
而当你在生命中经历更多的喜悦时
You won’t need to change anyone else
你不会需要去改变其他任何人
Because they will be flocking to you
因为他们向你而来
And they will be saying to you
而且他们会说
"what are you doing in your life I want some of this”
“你在你的生命中做了什么？我也想要”
And you will live as an example
你会...成为一个示范
And those who are ready to receive
那些准备好接受你的给予的人
what you have to offer will come to you
会来到你身边
You don't need to go chasing them
你不需要在后面追赶
Relax
放松
allow
允许
And let what wants to happen happen
让需要发生的发生
Every person the awakens when it's their right time
当他们的恰当时机到来时 每个人都会觉醒
A chick doesn't hatch from an egg before it's time
时机未到时 鸡蛋不会孵化出小鸡
It has to be the right temperature
必须达到恰当的温度
And that's part of nature
那是大自然的一部分
So don't worry yourself with these things
你不必让自己担心这些事情
Just relax and enjoy your own journey
