自定义 呼吸灯 闪烁效果 View

原理:根据属性动画的因子,在规定时间内,让某些属性持续性增加或者减少
说明:本案例只是最基本的原理,知道原理了可以无限扩展需求,连自定义属性都没写,反正已经满足我的需求了,哈哈,有需要可以自行完善;这种呼吸灯效果一般用于地图定位点显示,股票当前点显示提醒,反正是用于特别提示用户的地方都可以,一闪一闪亮晶晶
