今天偷个懒：
亮点，针对知识工作的质量：
- 现在更多是在judgement而不是measure质量
- 而且，定义问题比衡量问题更重要
- 所以案例是说，关键是怎么定义task（背后是目标），这个案例也特别有意义
- 目标是关注人的不足，还是让人更优秀
- 所以可以说，前者是一种失败导向，后者是一种成功导向，但是
- 这又岂止是学校而已呢？
值得记录：
The typical public school defifines its task as “helping the underprivileged”; the typical private school (and especially the parochial schools of the Catholic church) defifine their task as “enabling those who want to learn, to learn.”
