JianDing, the manager of sales department, will hold a banquet for you in TheWestin Guangzhou in the evening on 2 April. I would like to confirm these following things.

Firstly, the airplane you take, CZ301,from Sydney to Guangzhou, willarrive in Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport on 10:30 AM on 2 April. I willbe waiting for you at the No.3 middle gate of international departure. And youcan experience traditional Cantonese cuisine at Bingsheng Restaurant.

At1:30 PM, the manager will invite you to visit our feed machinery factory atLianxi Road in Zhuhai. You will return to Guangzhou at 6:00 PM.

Thebanquet in your honor will be started at 6:30 PM in the Shengyue Hall of theWestin Guangzhou. Yuanzhi Li, general manager of the headquarter will meet youat the banquet and I hope you have a good dream  in the executive suites in this hotel.
