The goal of the project is to develop a consumer loan financial service software. As a project manager, my main responsibility is to perform key stakeholder analysis in the initiating process. Creating the work breakdown structure in the planning process. Implement approved changes according to the change management plan in the executing process，and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in the controlling and monitoring process. obtain final acceptance of the project deliverables in the closing process.

The project was completed perfectly according to customer's requirements, I learned a lot, especially how to better response to risks in projects.
