这两天二刷了一部电影《实习生》。今天看豆瓣影评的时候，有个标题写着“七十岁开始的世界，和二十岁也没什么不同”，我开始幻想自己七十岁是怎样的……会不会也像男主角Ben一样，既能适应年轻人的工作习惯，又有成熟人的体贴和分寸感……

怎么带好我的mentee呢?跟别人一对比，发现我好像对自己的mentee不够负责，关系形同虚设(*/ω＼*)

- mentor主动还是mentee主动？

一直觉得mentee需要更主动，主动询问意见，主动沟通接下来的计划等等。但如果mentee没那么主动，mentor需要做点什么吗？我觉得都可以。但如果你真的有欲望帮助别人，希望对方更好，可以主动把自己的观察意见告诉对方。

- 怎么帮助mentee成长？

给她反馈。她做的角色，演讲，进步的地方，需要改进的地方，把你观察到的点告诉对方。
