Today is Tuesday, December 15th, 2020。

Today, I finally made an appointment with a doctor to see my injured foot。

Get up early to go out, take a bus, the time is just right, line up to the 13th。

I'm afraid of going to the hospital. I feel uncomfortable when I see the injured. If I'm not sick or painful, I'm making money。

I hope everyone is healthy。

Continue to share the third part of lifelong growth today。

The four steps to change the mode of thinking are: acceptance, observation, naming and education。

Step one: accept. It means to accept the fixed thinking that you already exist。

Step 2: observe. Be clear about what motivates your fixed mindset。

Step 3: naming. Make your fixed thinking concrete and personified, so that you can better know that fixed thinking is only a part of you, but not all of you。

The last step is: education. Slowly change fixed thinking into growing thinking。
