My friend told me about her experience on the morning of this weekend . She is an online shopaholic. She almost buys everything online including daily food, such as bread, fresh meat, vegetables, pets food, etc.
She asked me what should she do if the blue delivery man refused to take her order from Eleme. She explained that she ordered some frozen shrimp at 8 am and it was supposed to arrive her home at 11am , but when it was the time , she got a call from a delivery man who said he could not send goods here for some reasons and it might be more than a hour and half . Then a news pumped on her mobile that her order have been delivered on time. She was very unhappy for such unreasonable action. So she asked the supermarket for help and had been suggested to cancel the order and placed an order later if she was willing to do . Therefore , she did cancel the order but she did need the shrimp promptly , then she placed an order from another supermarket by Eleme. The supermarket took the order , and showed that the goods could be delivered in a hour . 45 minutes later, the blue delivery man knocked her door but send her the previous order and asked her to accept if possible .
