A bad day

It's too sad to confront matters in everyday's life especially today's.Some difficulties could be overcome while others couldn't.I am rushing to get a peaceful and simple day when all bad things can leave me far away.
Also,I need a new and simple song which would cheer me up and relax me.It's a song which I can understand and remember.
Actually whether it is use or not,that I practise English only by write it down ,is unsure.
