Once I thought that I had known lots of principles(道理),Why need I read books? Today this book gives me a vivid lesson.

the opening of the book tells us stories about 3 desperados who attempt to justify their acts,insisting they should not be prisoned at all ，no matter how wrong they may be.

knowing these facts,a question was aroused: if the desperate men and women behind prison walls don't blame themselves for anything — what about the people with whom you and I come in contact?

Admittedly,Criticism puts a person on the defensive and usually makes him strive to justify himself.

Criticism is futile and it only can arouse resentment.

So stop critcizing and swift to a mild way.

As much as we thirst for approval , we dread condemnation.

我们有多渴望被认同，就有多害怕被谴责。

被别人责备过，现在想想记忆犹新，并且也很不服气，觉得对方只现在自己的角度，完全不考虑我的立场。而且一提起这三个人来，就想起他们责备我的神态和表情。

我不希望被人这样记住。
