在 Xcode 11之前可以使用 Application Loader 来上传应用，但是苹果在Xcode 11的时候取消了这个功能。
在最近一次使用 Xcode 直接使用 upload 上传时发现一直停留在 Authenticating with the app store 阶段，最后还失败了。google 一圈后发现。在App Store 官方上架了一款 Transporter。专门用来交付内容到 App Store。亲测！贼快！！
有同样问题的小伙伴，可以去试试！！
