早上起来遛完咖啡{我家狗狗},上楼就想早餐吃什么呢?打开冰箱蔬菜已经没有了,只有1个青萝卜和两个黄瓜。拿出萝卜和黄瓜怎么做呢!灵机一动,做萝卜丝饼吧!

主料:面粉、青萝卜
辅料:葱、盐、鸡精、五香粉、辣椒粉、油
步骤:
1、萝卜洗净

2、用擦子擦成丝

3、放点面粉,面粉和萝卜丝的比例1:1

4、放点葱花

5、用水搅匀

8、稍微成型反过来再烙

9、烙到两面金黄色就好了,改刀装盘

10、我又用大米、玉米粒、黑豆煮的杂粮粥、烙饼剩的萝卜皮腌制一下,做成糖醋萝卜皮。黄瓜洗净,做一盘素拍黄瓜。昨天还剩点里脊肉,再加上芒果、葡萄,满满一桌子,看看我家的早餐丰盛吗?
