纪念一下,第60天减脂餐打卡!

过了个五一,一下忙的找不到北了!
先是连着6天在外面吃饭,只有早餐自己在家做高蛋白低热量的。小龙虾🦞,烤羊肉串,麻辣卤凤爪,羊肉汤烩面,卤羊肉牛肉大烩菜……(中午➕早上都在外面吃)导致已经成功瘦身15斤,6天一下子就又胖回来3斤!!!这都是放纵的结果呀!
假期结束,减脂餐继续走起来!

整整两个月,我一共瘦了13.5斤,原始体重:115.5斤,早上称现体重:102斤。

准备再减3斤就不减了,好好塑形,整体肌肉偏低,好开心,早睡早起,减脂走起!晚安️。
