Growing though slowly

I have mired in a impasses.It seems I didnt increase a lot every day.

I recite English and Japanese words，read English novel，read Schopenhauer I insist it as my daily norm，besides，I almost run for a long distance every afternoon.

However，I tried hard but I didnt adequate give me return.I attribute this to my memory.

In practise，I have to admit I have a excellent memory，maybe it is on the ground of I used it  frequently.Alright，I would go to bed earlier.
