黄今_号浭庐，香港工笔画家协会会长。1940年生于河北，1993年定居香港。早年从事花鸟与山水画，二十世纪末开始做工笔马画专项课题研究，一改前人画马风格，用通身毛色刻画马的结构、捕捉马的精神，添补了中国画马史上的技法空白，为画马这一载体赋予了更为生动的表现语言。
Huangjin_Lilu, painting artists association in Hong Kong. He was born in hebei in 1940 and settled in Hong Kong in 1993. In his early years, he was engaged in flower, bird and landscape painting. At the end of the 20th century, he began to study the special subject of meticulous horse painting, which changed the previous style of horse painting, depicted the structure of the horse with the whole body color, captured the spirit of the horse, supplemented the blank technique in the history of Chinese horse painting, and endowed the carrier of horse painting with a more vivid expression language.
