        每天学一点英语，心情舒畅，今天想起来我又坚持了，很开心。

        同上次。 每天睡觉前背八个单词，坚持

        每天抽十分钟听外研随身听或缤纷英语。听听力，练口语。争取能听到每段话的重点单词之类的。
