It is midnight when I finish checking in. And I feel a little tired, maybe my friend is right. She said “Boss , you are too old to work through the night! You know , you are elder than us, so we have tremendous Generation Gap! ”
Generation Gap!
Sometimes I don’t admit it, but it is true. Why do we have the Generation Gap? We have different background and experiences, and different views of life, it is very common thing. I remember that when I am talking with them about the work task, I say it very simply, and sometimes I think they understand the meaning of my talking. But in the end, they were working very hard, it didn’t turn out very well.
According to the experiences, I know that I need to change my mind and the style which I have talked with my employees, in order to improve the efficiency of work.
