13/28 巧妙应对情绪低落

人生崩溃是常态,时有奋进是偶然。大抵情况如此。《自控力》书中提到,对未来的乐观主义精神,不仅会影响我们自己的决定,还会影响我们究竟会不会按自己所说的去做。心理学家已经证明了, 我们错误地认为自己明天会比今天有更多的空闲时间。

简直是一语中的!

想起自己每次做新年计划的时候,制作月计划、周计划,甚至是每日清单时,都会乐观地认为自己能完成1、2、3、4、5……等计划,等入睡前复盘时才发现,实际情况是只做了三项。总是认为时间很多,其实每日真正用于做事情的时间不多。长此以往,你不焦虑,才怪呢?

嗯,情绪低落时候怎么办?

设立边界,屏蔽无关的人与事。情绪很多情况下会受到环境的影响。比如刷微信,看朋友圈,或者玩游戏,看美剧,情绪会被带着走。尤其是看八卦热点新闻,很多负能量会影响到你。世界好黑暗,情绪好低落。所以说,不如少玩手机多看书。

远将注意力转回自己,向内看。如何内观,冥想走起!生命只在一呼一吸间,观呼吸,观感受,观身体,观情绪,像一个旁观者一样,由内到外打量自己。我觉得能把自己看明白,挺不容易的!同时,只有屏蔽无关,才能将更多注意力转回自己。

非暴力沟通。每天我们都会和亲人、朋友、陌生人进行沟通交流,如果沟通不到位,很容易产生误会。肖爷给我们推荐了《非暴力沟通》这本书,帮我们列举了沟通要点。我用自己的话来描述就是:谈事实,谈感受,描述清楚事情。

总之一句话,放大心量,好好说话,去读书、去旅行、去见人!哪儿还有空情绪低落!


翻译练习:

自己翻译的:词曲编纂是一场语言的盛宴。一个人会沉浸于语言中好像再无其他。有时蜂拥而至的无数细节让人精神萎靡,情绪低落。

答案:词典编纂的绝妙之处是给人一种与语言打交道的快乐感。不像其他领域,编词典的人整天都钻在语言材料中。有时碰到的语言材料浩如烟海,令人耗神。

2. 往往一天辛苦工作下来,发觉所完成的薄薄几页草稿只是全部工作的九牛一毛,好不沮丧。正如我希望这部著作的读者会逐渐明白的那样,词典并非是一蹴而就的。

自己翻译的:At the end of hard-working day, you will find it disheartened that what you have done is only a small part of the whole work. As my wish, the readers who read this works will gradually figure out that the dictionaries can not complete overnight. 

答案:Often at the end of a hard day’s work one realizes with dismay that the meager stack of finished work one has accomplished has an immeasurably slight impact on the work as a whole. As I hope the readers of this work will come to understand dictionaries do not sprint into being.


Diary:

Today my mother and I went to hospital to see my younger female cousin who gave birth to a child on October 4th. The family members had a potluck meal at noon. We chatted with each other casually.  We took pictures together. What a rich day!
