If you want to get better at development to become a pro developer, you have to practice more and work hard. It's just like practice pushups or chin ups. If you want to be have to do more pushups you just have to do more pushups and eventually you'll get there.

You have to do more development and you have to do it in the context of you know maybe a job or collaborating with other people in a team. And all of the skills that you need to acquire by simply doing more of it.
