放逐在清迈-----美食系列(一)芥兰沙拉
虽然丽子是地地道道的东北姑娘,但是随着这些年各地游走,口味也变得清淡,更喜欢南方清淡饮食,今天给大家介绍一道快手沙拉,清晨也可以为家人做一道营养丰富、美味的沙拉,一刻钟搞定的快手菜。
Ingredients。原料
100 grams Chinese kales 芥兰 100g
10 grams sweetcorns 甜玉米粒10g
1 salted duck egg 咸鸭蛋1个
1 teaspoon small galic,minced 一茶勺切碎的大蒜
1/4 lime (or lemon) 1/4个酸橙(或柠檬,泰国很喜欢用酸橙,入乡随俗)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil 一汤勺植物油
2 tablespoons soy sauce 2汤勺酱油
1 teaspoon fish sauce 1茶勺鱼露
1 tablespoon water 1汤勺水
Preparation
1、Steam the sweet corn then cut the niblets and put aside.
蒸玉米并切下玉米粒备用
2、Clean the Chinese kales thoroughly.Discard any old leaves.Cut into small if the stakes long.
Bring a pot of water to boil over high heat (add small amount of salt into the pot).Blanch
the Chinese kales until it is done.Remove drain and put on plant .
清洗芥蓝,如果茎很长切小块。锅内放上水煮沸(加入少量盐,可以保持蔬菜漂亮颜色),绰
水,OK后控干水装盘备用。
3、Cut the salted duck egg into 4 pieces。
将咸蛋切成4瓣。
4、In a pan,heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.Sauté the galic until golden and
fragrant.Add soy sauce,fish sauce and water until boiling.Sprinkle this cauce mixed with lime
juice over the Chinese kales.
在锅里放上油加热放入大蒜碎加热到金黄并飘出香味,加入酱油、鱼露和水煮沸,将酸橙汁与之
混合浇在芥兰上。
5、Top with three pieces of salted duck egg.
装饰上三块咸蛋。
