表面的面包糠酥脆,一口下去奶香味扑鼻而来,奶液刺激着味蕾,吃出幸福的味道,超级满足。

1、备料:纯牛奶500ml、白砂糖2平勺、淀粉1平勺、鸡蛋1个、面包糖适量,食用油适量;
2、纯牛奶倒入容器中,加入2勺白砂糖,1勺淀粉搅拌均匀;

3、起锅,将搅拌好的牛奶倒入不粘锅里,小火,不停搅拌炒成浆糊状,边炒边闻到奶香味;

4、将炒好的奶糊倒入玻璃碗中,放入冰箱冷冻定型;

5、将定型后的奶冻脱模,切成条状,裹上一层淀粉;

6、鸡蛋打散,将奶冻均匀裹上蛋液;
7、裹上蛋液的奶冻裹上面包糠;

8、起锅烧热,倒入多一些食用油,油温6成热时放入裹上面包糠的奶条,小火炸至双面金黄,即可捞出沥油!
