火龙果这样做,既好看又好吃并且营养丰富!
外甥女给我邮一箱火龙果,红红的像灯笼一样。切开里面也是红的,吃一口真甜啊!第一次吃这么甜的火龙果,以前吃的火龙果可能不是应季的,不好吃我就买的少,原来买的有红心的,有白心的,说真的我还是比较喜欢红色的,不吃看着都喜欢。

我看着这红红的火龙果,脑海里有一个画面,如果把它做成玫瑰花馒头,一定非常漂亮。想到马上动手开始做。

先把火龙果洗净,从上面一头切开,用小勺把里面的肉一勺一勺刮出放到小盆里。

火龙果的营养丰富:
1、火龙果果实中的花青素含量较高,尤其是红肉的品种。花青素是一种效用明显的抗氧化剂,能有效防止血管硬化,从而可阻止心脏病发作和血凝块形成引起的脑中风;它还能对抗自由基,有效抗衰老;还能提高对脑细胞变性的预防,抑制痴呆症的发生。
