如何画一张好看的相关性图

在转录组数据分析可视化过程中，我们常常需要呈现基因之间的相关性，共表达，而热图则是非常好的选择。
这里我记录了一种比较简洁好用的方法，又不占空间而且比较美观。

• 类似的有 The corrplot package，a graphical display of a correlation matrix, confidence interval. It also contains some algorithms to do matrix reordering. In addition, corrplot is good at details, including choosing color, text labels, color labels, layout, etc.
