Stop thinking that things happened to you is a curse or unexpected. Everything happened for a reasons.

We had some good year, we were making too much money, and nobody wanted any control.

Now, we have to pay for that. And company have to pay for that.

Stop sending negative image to the company staff.

Do not hate people, as when you hate them, you hurt yourself.

We have to just keep fighting and carry on.
