To integrate: To integrate something means to make it part of a whole. In order to have enough time for yourself during the week, you will need to integrate personal time into your schedule.
整合：整合意味着把部分变成一个整体。为了让你在一周中有足够的时间，你需要把个人时间整合到计划中。

To Balance: To balance means to make different things equal in value or importance. If a team’s workload is balanced, everyone in the team will do a similar amount of work.
平衡：平衡意味着让不同的事情在价值上或者重要性上等价。如果一个团队的工作量是平衡的，那么团队中的每个人做的活量都差不多。

To Prioritize: To prioritize tasks means to rank them in order of their importance. By prioritizing your work, you will know what needs to be completed first.
设置优先级：对任务设置优先级意味着按照它们的重要性进行排名。通过对你的工作设置优先级，你就会知道什么必须首先完成。

To modify: To modify something means to make minor changes to improve it. After a workflow has been created, it may be modified to improve its efficiency.
更改：更改某件事意味着进行微调来提升它。当一个工作流创建了之后，它可能被调整来提升它的效率。

I have been always thinking about what's the meaning of life, what I'm looking for, why I have to work overtime every day. To make a living, I have to work to earn money to bring the food on the table for my family. Recently I have left my company which many people admire. The reason why I left is that I want to integrate my personal time into the schedule to balance work and life. It's impossible to happen in many Chinese companies. Therefore, these days working hard is a must to achieve my goals. From now on, I will review and modify my schedule to prioritize my tasks flexibly. Carry on!
