"Amenity" and "facility" are related terms but have slightly different connotations in English. Both words refer to features, services, or resources that are provided for convenience, comfort, or enjoyment. However, there are some subtle differences between the two terms.

Amenity

Amenities are typically smaller, individual features or services that contribute to overall comfort or convenience. Examples include air conditioning, WiFi, swimming pools, or in-room coffee makers in a hotel.

Facility

Facilities, on the other hand, are larger, more comprehensive features or areas within a building, complex, or community that provide specific services or functions. Examples include sports facilities, educational facilities, or entertainment complexes.

In summary, amenities are often seen as smaller, individual features or services that enhance comfort or convenience, while facilities are generally more comprehensive and provide specific functions within a larger context.
