How to Create a New Rights Polic

Step 1: enter IRM server and find 'Active Directory Rights Management Services'.

Step 2: Find the Rights Policy Template, and click Create distributed rights policy template.

Step 3:Click Add button, and input the template name and description. 

Step 4: Add user email address and give rights. 

Step 5: choose specific expiration conditions to never expires.

            Then click finish.
