M: Good morning, Doctor.

W: It’s Mr. Commen, isn’t it?

M: Right. I saw you about

six months ago with the broken finger.

W: Yes, of course. Is it all

healed now?

M: It’s fine. No problems.

W: What can I do for you

today?

M: Well, I’ve been having

these headaches. They started two months ago. They seem to come on quite

suddenly and I get dizzy spells as well.
