Be well prepared.

Whenever we join a event or go somewhere, make sure we are clear enough why we go there, what is that about? Is that what I need? Really need compare with others? Does it have the best 效益？

We do need to consider all of these questions before we make a decision.

Networking does not welcome quiet people. Be proactive but know others well( with knowledge in various fields and easily make our talks clear enough), be passionate, energetic just like Susan, she is a real model.

Whenever one try fails, try another way. There is always a better way ahead.
