Following the success of the previous Twilight Seminar Series, YWCA NSW will be hosting its 7th event featuring a panel of smart, successful and inspirational women discussing “Women in Leadership Embracing Change in Your Career at 6.00pm, Tuesday 30 May 2017.
Enjoy the spectacular display of Vivid Sydney 2017 while hearing from our expert panel of women who have embraced change in their careers. These highly respected, and innovative women will share their experiences, and tips and tricks to navigating your career in a changing economy and workforce. Hear their personal stories – politics to philanthropy, tech giants to local disruptors, and much more. We look forward to an exciting and entertaining evening.

The Twilight Seminar Series is a Y Connect Advisory Committee initiative. Y Connect is a committee of 25 – 35 year old professional women representing 15 national and global organisations including: ANZ, Colonial First State Asset Management, CBRE, EY, Herbert Smith Freehills, HSBC, IKEA, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mirvac, NRL, Qantas, Savills, State Street, Westpac and Zurich.

什么时候我可以成为聪明的，成功的，激发人的女性，哈哈。现在这个码农的节奏离成功太远了吧。早上开会的时候就有点悲剧，被问到我的代码开得怎么样的时候，我答不上来。好惭愧，上周才讨论过升职的问题，现在就表现成这样，是不是有点太打酱油了。
过一段时间就发现我的本质其实是很酱油的，这样很不好。Reuben算是我老板的老板，相当于原来Miachel，我总是不知道怎么和大老板打交道，是不是有点蠢。DK一定在google级别比Reuben高很多吧，XY大概也是的吧，不是级别问题，是我太蠢的问题了。

写着是六点到八点，大家到了先拿一杯酒，还有一些奶酪开始聊天转悠。六点半活动正式开始。
流程显然和一般的活动一样，主持人提问，嘉宾回答。然后是观众提问环节。

• 一个工作Give和Take一样重要
• 有fear怎么办，对自己有信心。当老板给工作，哭了，完全做不完，但振作起来继续做。
• 和丈夫讨论什么是最重要的，做。
• 即使放慢节奏，一周工作四天，为了孩子修正七八个月，回来后照常继续工作，没啥影响。
• 到底是一开始就规划未来职业重要还是遇到合适机会去把握重要？都重要，但清楚你最终目标。
• life is short, follow your heart.
• I enjoy the process making people happy.

对我来说，什么是最重要的呢？我应该制定我长期的职业规划，而不是继续这样鬼混。
