A problem occurred evaluating project ':sample'.

Failed to apply plugin [id 'com.android.application']
Minimum supported Gradle version is 3.3. Current version is 3.2.1.

当前gradle配置也改为了3.3.项目运行没问题，但是无法使用命令行（gradle 及./gradlew）。
参考网上方案：
1.修改gradle-wrapper.properties，并 Invalidate Caches/Restart...，还是不工作。

后来发现我安装了sdkman工具，该工具安装了3.2.1版本，应该和这个有关系( ⊙ o ⊙ )！.
一开始查看gradle版本，会显示3.2.1版本（我还很郁闷，改完还是显示3.2.1），我在环境变量中已经改为3.3。我先设置的gradle环境变量，下面设置的是sdkman环境变量（这个顺序也可能影响）。所以最终原因还是当前安装了3.2.1版本。
