解决方法：
1》移除私有索引库：
pod repo remove PMSpace//（PMSpace 索引库名）
2》添加私有索引库：
pod repo add <索引库名> <索引库地址>
3》添加本地podspec文件到私有索引库即可：
pod repo push <索引库名> <文件名.podspec> --verbose --allow-warnings
