Report on satisfaction-level of working conditions

Introduction

  this report aims to show whether our staff are satisfied with their working conditions or not and how to improve their satisfaction.

Findings

    The recent meeting shows  clealy that our staff are quite satisfied with the benefits package(福利）, such as pension system and childcare vouchers.

however, some staff members have three main negative feedbacks: 

1. Flexible working hours are needed, because somy have to take care of their children,

2. The condition of some office areas could be bertter. A lot of  out staff are not happy with  the dirt on the floors and the old-fashioned computer systems.

3. Finally, it is suggest that  more paid holiday should be given, as with more days off members can fill more energy.

conclusion:

    In conclusion, in order to achieve higher productivity  we  should do something to improve working conditions.
