转眼间 风之子那什都已经开始了入选名人堂了，对于两届MVP而言，带领了小球炮轰的师祖，实至名归。
一个白人，身体素质不是那么明显，经历过达拉斯三驾马车时代(tranforming stage)，没人能想到之后那什和诺维斯基能有那么高的成就吧。视频里有一段有意思，在达拉斯那段时间，这两个人觉得自己天赋不行，怀疑自己能否待在这个联盟(barely NBA players)，于是两个人经常一起督促锻炼，多少次回到健身房加练(one-on-one, horse)，有时候那什不得不说服诺维斯基他有多好。中间有次比赛赢了，赛后观看比赛回放时，第四节最后关键时刻那什看到机会，过了对手，突破得分（get the lane to score)。教练Don Nelson说你看有时候还是天赋赢了。诺维斯基漏出不可思议的表情，什么 天赋！！？？！ 哈哈。
可没想到这两个在低潮时都怀疑自己天赋的人，现在却达到了这么高的成就，想想看诺维斯基不说了2011年一冠封神，应该是最伟大的国际球员；而那什两届MVP，最好的传球手之一，最好的playmaker.
那什的演讲正如他的秋风，飘逸俊朗，classic.
我觉得他最后的结词真的很宝贵：
“You don’t have to be the chosen one.
“The secret is to build the resolve and spirit to enjoy the plateaus, the times when it doesn’t feel like you’re improving and you question why you’re doing this. If you’re patient, the plateaus will become springboards.
“Never stop striving, reaching for your goals, until you get there.
“But the truth is, even when you get there, even when you get here, standing on this stage, it’s the striving, fighting, pushing yourself to the limit every day that you’ll miss and that you’ll long for.
“You’ll never be more alive than when you give something everything you have.”
如何在低潮时在自己怀疑自己的时候，坚持住，这就是关键。在不确定中坚持，需要一种相信，也是一种信仰。
我想起了科比，还记得了洛杉矶凌晨四点的梗么。 从2001到现在，从灌篮高手，看球打球这么多年， 我还是喜欢早期的那些人，科比艾佛森那什麦迪姚明，那个时代更加有竞争性，感觉比现在好看。

“Lastly our daughters, Natalia, Bianca and Gianna. You guys know that if you do the work, you work hard enough, dreams come true. You know that, we all know that. But hopefully what you get from tonight is that those times when you get up early and you work hard; those times when you stay up late and you work hard; those times when don’t feel like working — *****you’re too tired, you don’t want to push yourself***** — but you do it anyway. *****That is actually the dream. That’s the dream. It’s not the destination, it’s the journey*****. And if you guys can understand that, what you’ll see happen is that you won’t accomplish your dreams, your dreams won’t come true, something greater will.(Points to the rafters). And if you guys can understand that, then I’m doing my job as a father.”
最后，我要对我的女儿们说，我希望今晚……我希望你们明白，如果你们努力，那么梦想自然会实现，你们知道这一点，我们也都知道，但希望你们能够从今晚明白，那些你早起的时光，那些你努力工作的时光，那些你熬夜的时光，努力学习的时光，那些你感觉自己没有在努力工作，感觉太疲惫的时光，那些你不想再逼迫自己，但仍还是选择继续那样做的时光，那就是真正的梦想。终点不是最重要的，最重要的是这趟旅程。如果你们能够明白那一点，那么，即使你们没能完成你们的梦想，你们的梦想没有实现，但一些更伟大的事情会。如果你们能够理解，那么，我作为父亲的工作就算做好了。
克服低潮，在低潮中相信自己，坚持下去可能是一种习惯的力量. 不断督促挺过困难，挺过疲惫，挺过你不想的做的，但是无论怎么样还是会照样做到。这些经历这个历程远远超过梦想本身，梦想实现这是一个结果一个附带效应而已。
