变革项目的历程往往是比较艰难的，按照变革周期的心智模型，可以分为

随机事件（高层触发）->意识期（建立部分共识：18.5%的人认可）->初始行动（寻找方案，50%的人支持）->实施期（项目实施，68.5%的人支持）->融合性（运营阶段，纳入流程固化）->平和期（文化融化），但这个数据其实有待拷问。
