Human beings have been drinking coffee for a very long time, nearly 900 years. In the West as well as in other countries, coffee is a daily beverage in almost every household, and it is available everywhere there is a catering service. .

I recently met an investor who owns a Thai restaurant and asked him why his restaurant didn't serve coffee.

He was surprised and asked, "Do they serve coffee in Thai restaurants?"

The history of coffee drinking in China is still very short, so it's no wonder that restaurant investors are so puzzled by it.

人類喝咖啡的歷史非常悠久，已有近九百多年的歲月。在西方以及其它國家，咖啡幾乎是每家每戶的日常飲品，而所有提供餐飲服務的地方都有咖啡供應。

最近認識某一位開泰國餐廳的投資者，問他為何他的餐廳沒有咖啡提供，

他感到驚訝的問“有泰國餐廳賣咖啡嗎？”

中國人喝咖啡的歷史尚短，難怪餐廳投資者對咖啡如此的不解，見怪不怪。
