recap of the week

Now I feel it is urgent to improve my self-management skills. 

at home, I take on the role of a mother, which means my duty is to take care of the kids. I should make sure the kids are healthy both mentally and physically. Provide food, clothes for them when necessary. 

At work, I take on the role of a teacher, which means i should develop efficient classes through research and practice. Also I am the head of the English teachers in my grade, although it is a tiny team, there are still duties I need to perform, for example, I forgot about the name list that I needed to hand in to a teacher in teaching research center. 

Therefore, plan my day in the following 3 areas carefully, as forgetting one role of the three may lead to future troubles.
