Lesson 5——Pad Thai  (2018/09/25--level 5)

New words:

·dish --------- food cooked or prepared in a particular way, as a meal (菜肴);

·crunchy ---- food that is crunchy, firm, and makes a noise when you chew it (松脆的);

·wok --------- a wide, bowel-shaped frying pan, used in Chinese cooking(中式炒锅);

·stir-fry ------ to cook small pieces of food quickly by moving them around continuously in very hot oil.

·stock -------- a liquid made by boiling meat or bones and vegetables, which is used to make soups or to add flavour to other dishes.
