The Physical Test

'A strong body is the capital for revolution.'If you want to work more effectively,you must have a strong body.

Physical test is out unit's convention,it usually has been holden every spring.We have all been ordered to accept it,and it includes standing long jump,push-up,run of round 4*10metres and rope skipping.

With more and more older age,my physical condition became more and more bad.Its symptoms are running more slower and jumping more shorter.

However,people should have an active attitude of living and working,so I went to the track-and-field ground to accept the physical test this afternoon.

After finished it, I was tired,and felt my legs very sore.
