我家90岁的老爷爷坚持自己独居，不仅日常生活自理，而且生病了自己悄悄去住院，还不让医生通知子女。日常电话问候时，他还瞒着我们，住了三天院我们才打听到消息。他的原则是自己力所能及的事情绝不麻烦别人，他真的做到了，主要是因为他有令人羡慕的强健身体。因为我们的羡慕，他还经常给我们分享他养颜和养生的经验。

这就是我家令人骄傲的老爷爷！

My 90-year-old grandfather insisted on living alone, not only taking care of himself in daily life, but also quietly going to the hospital when he was ill, and not letting the doctor notify his children. He kept it from us on his daily phone and stayed in the hospital for three days before we could hear the news. His principle is that nothing he can do is never bother others. He really did it, mainly because he has an enviable strong body. Because of our admiration, he often shares his experience in raising face and health.
