It is necessary to develop a tool to liberate people from this long-winded work, a program can set people free from repeat work to creative work.

Working in this position and suffering from the pain of repeat work makes me understand their demand deeply. It is necessary to build a form generator, so we can output the data into different forms.

Furthermore,we can help the customers design high quality forms to meet their needs in the perfectly.

2.Approach

Build a databaseand a webpage, then connect them together, input fixed basic forms. Prompt this software by providing free trial to the work staffs and making presentations tothe management. Based on the software, provide a variety of forms in different fields. What’s more, we can design for the customers according to their demands.

3.Costs

Stage one, the main cost is time costs. To build a software which can generate certain kinds of  forms.

Stage two, the main cost is prompt the software and continually maintain and update the software.

Stage three , the main cost is maintain cost and designer salary cost. 

Stage four, the main cost is develop software with multi-module for customers to design forms themselves.

4.Revenue

At first, we sell the software in a low price to occupy the market.

Then, we can provide specific software for a particular company or afield.

Later, we can provide design service to our customers, design formsbased on their demands.

At last, if possible, we can develop a software allow customers to design their own forms.
