tomcat启动localhost:8080为404

tomcat正常启动后 localhost:8080访问的是webapps下ROOT里的index.jsp文件

查看文件夹下有没有，没有的话，可以自己建个index.html文件。

tomcat启动后进入localhost:8080就可以访问到index.html，证明tomcat启动成功
