Echo 小结

经过一轮 online, 两轮店面，五轮on site面后。。。前天Prime Team HR终于给我发offer了 SDET, 薪水等级要在我决定去哪个组后才告知。。。 本来跟prime team组员聊得挺好都做好跳的准备，但HR真是够意思还附带了ECHO 组的offer让我考虑。 不得不说这个echo真是戳中了我的敏感点！相起当本科生涯那些跟小伙伴畅想智能硬件 动手做智能家居的日子 至今仍是兴趣犹在。 恩，明天约了跟两个组manager电话交流， 那就想想说啥吧。

Prime Team: 组员很nice，不少年轻华人， 白人Manager聊着感觉不是一个push的人。 Prime 的全球会员每年都在快速递增，prime team会跟几乎所有的部门都有交互，并且势头很好不可能撤组。缺点： 可以预见oncall是不可避免，可能工作会琐碎。

Echo Team: 印度裔manager，据报道echo 的年出货量在300万台，并且亚马逊在将echo作为一个支点打造下一代革命性产品。echo组的未来给人无限遐想。

明天跟manager们 吹水部分, HR说得好听 说是为了帮助我更好的决定 所以安排两个电话 其实也是给两个manager最后一次评估我 给我估值的机会。因此我可以问这些问题：

1. Job description says: " This is an opportunity to build the automated test infrastructure of your dreams." , so would you please go through your current test infrastructure with me and share me what part of the infrastructure your are working on improvement.
2. How many folks in your team and how are they cooperating internally and externally
3. "We’re building the speech and language solutions behind Amazon Echo"
