construct argument:

1. think about rights/ principle
2. think about who your policy will affect
3. come up 3 or more solid argument
4. look for logical links
5. get example
6. build in preempt

structure speech:

1. divide each argument into multiple subpoints
   and show audience when move from one point to another

2. make each piece of analysis and example flow eaily by memorable and short small titles, otherwise the judge can't write it down, and can't remember what you say later
