The Moon Has Pardoned Me

The Moon Has Pardoned Me
By Kuan Sun
This is the verse about grieving for my life current
I pray that I believe the moon has pardoned me
Brushing past me, the happier or one with orchid
I just yearn to have such minutes with you
A sunny small hillside, the garden of my mother-in-law
I am the fruit in the orchard, plump and juicy
Traveller in the snow, I'd like to provide warming
from the equator, genial breeze and soft morning light
Half-asleep dreams, me and me strange before
Or you make me believe that the moon has pardoned me
So many afternoons I lost, so many dusks richly
They're all the child behaviour that I've had before
translated by Chen Zihong
