随着人工智能技术的发展，名为DeepFake的换脸/换头算法悄然出现，上线GitHub后，算法得到了进一步优化。
于是，名为“DeepNude”的不可描述应用便浮出水面，用于算法“脱去”女性衣服。但是互联网并非法外之地，美国弗吉尼亚州采取了行动。
该州扩大了色情报复法 （revenge porn law）的范畴，将 deepfake 也包含在内，修正后的法律于当地时间 7 月 1 日生效。

An updated law, which took effect Monday, expands upon an existing law that says anyone who shares or sells nude or sexual images and videos to "coerce, harass, or intimidate" is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
