写在最后的话:
迈进社会的成年人,似乎每一刻都在审视和管理自己。要管理自己的身材、管理自己的账户,管理自己的情绪。
有个朋友曾经调侃过:真希望我是一个机器人,这样我就可以不知疲倦,也没有情绪,多好啊!但这真是我们所追求的“情绪稳定”吗?
前几天看过一个访谈节目《在明天之前》,刚好就在聊“情绪自由和稳定”。其中一个嘉宾讲到自己很容易波动,也因此吃过很多亏。后来,他就习惯去克制自己的情绪,如果能做到,晚上就会给自己颁发一个“今天没发疯”的小勋章。
但久而久之,他发现自己不仅失去了情绪,还失去了“感觉”。坏的情绪被控制住了,但好的东西也感觉不到了。
所以,千万不要追求什么情绪稳定。如果我们一直视“情绪”为洪水猛兽,那对付它的方式就只有两招:要么憋着;要么爆发。无论哪一种,破坏性都非常大。
只有试着去接纳情绪,允许它流动,在这个过程中,我们才能学会跟它相处,才会摸索到更多处理它的方式。
就像那期访谈中,周轶君老师说的:我会希望能遇到“允许我情绪失控”的人,那样会很幸福。
