Some people say that organizations are more successful when managers and workers communicate well with each other. Other people say that there are more important factors that make organizations successful. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

When it comes to the success of organizations, some incline to the view that an effective and efficient communication between managers and workers are of great importance, whereas others assume there are more crucial contributing elements. From my perspective, my standpoint is that although good communication is a building block of successful organizations, some others factors are indispensable as well.

Admittedly, communication acts as organizational blood, given a wide range of channels that are available, such as emails, materials, presentations, and other written and spoken forms. For one thing, communication is significant for managers in the organizations so as to perform the basic functions of management, i.e., planning, organizing, leading and controlling. For another, employees need communicate promptly and precisely with their superiors about unforeseen occurrences at work. Therefore, when communication between them is favorable, an organization is likely to succeed. In other words, accurate, specific and unambiguous communication is of remarkable assistance to an organization.

Despite communicating clearly and concisely between managers and workers is vital to the success of an organization, some more essential factors should not be overlooked.

Firstly, a clear, vivid, and compelling vision is an important factor for a successful organization because a vision tells staff throughout the organization why they are working, what they are working towards, and how it will look and feel once they achievethe vision. Secondly, offering a high-quality service or product is also one of the most important components for a successful organization. Thirdly, being honest, open and transparent with managers and employees in an organization is conducive to attain success. In addition, factors like available information, technical innovation, and extraordinary leadership are extremely key ingredients for an organization to achieve success.

All in all, besides good communication, there are a variety of factors that contribute to the success of an organization. They are all integral and fundamental parts for any successful organization.
