可能原因:升级xcode时出现的问题
1:可卸载干净重新安装
2:查看/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport
路径下是否有支持的对应系统 我当时是缺少13.6 直接从13.5到13.7了
